AFO stands for All For One—part of the phrase "All for one, and one for all" from 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘴, adhering to the idea that we want to serve the most kids from a single effort and vice versa.

"O" also stands for Oakland: "All for Oakland and Oakland for All". We are invested in the city and its youth.

Philosophy:
In the world of tennis, things can get competitive and we can often lose the meaning in the sport. We're too caught up with competing with one another that tennis isn’t even enjoyable anymore. That’s why at AFO tennis we want to take a step away from the serious competition and bring tennis with fun, happiness and zero cost. Instead of competing against each other, we want to help each other. Here, we are all for one!
